An inter-factional deputy association “-25% fares. Stop corruption” was created in the Verkhovna Rada, over which the member of parliament Andrii Derkach (non-factional) has an honour to preside. This, according to the official website of the Verkhovna Rada, was announced today by the chairman of parliament Dmytro Razumkov during the opening of the morning session. .
The chairman announced the creation of an inter-factional deputy association “-25% fares. Stop corruption”. The member of parliament Andrii Derkach was elected as a Chairperson of an inter-factional deputy association.
In compliance with the official letter to chairman of Verkhovna Rada from the inter-factional deputy association, a copy of which is at the disposal of “Ukrainian News”, 27 deputies were included into the inter-factional deputy association.
The purpose of the inter-factional deputy association “-25% fares. Stop corruption” is “to identify, explore and prevent the facts of violations of public interest.” Particularly it concerns international corruption, its manifestations and consequences for Ukraine; the creation and operation of supervisory boards at state enterprises; frauds in the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine in the formation of fares for the population and pricing in the energy market; destruction of the banking system of Ukraine.
Also the participants of the inter-factional deputy association “-25% fares. Stop corruption” will investigate inefficient use; theft of international technical assistance; fraudulent procurement of medicines without tender procedures; embezzlement of the defense budget of Ukraine and fraud at UkrOboronProm; the negative role for the state of pseudo-public organizations in covering up international corruption; illegal use of law enforcement agencies in political struggle as an instrument of political repression, in particular – the illegal creation of NABU.
On May 19, the member of Parliament Andrii Derkach at a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency released audio recordings in which voices similar to ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and ex-Vice-President of the United States Joseph Biden were discussing a fare increase instead of 75 over 100% … Derkach also said that the published records of telephone conversations testify to the external management of Ukraine, the facts of international corruption and state treason at the highest state level.
On May 20, the Office of the Prosecutor General announced that it had entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under the article on high treason and abuse of power or official position at the request of the member of Parliament of Ukraine Andrii Derkach, who released audio materials the day before, which may indicate the influence of former US Vice President Joseph Biden on the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. “According to Derkach’s statement, information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 1 of Art. 111 and Part 2 of Art. 364,” the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General told Interfax-Ukraine.
