The Kyiv District Administrative Court requires confirmation from the Verkhovna Rada of information about the presence of a coalition of people’s deputies and demands that its personnel be provided.
It was reported by press-service of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
The court made an appropriate decision on the claim of Andrii Derkach concerning the obligation of the coalition coordinators to submit proposals to the Prime Minister on the candidacy of the Minister of Health.
“The court decided to demand from the Verkhovna Rada, the Office of the Verkhovna Rada, the coalition of parliamentary factions in parliament the information, as of February 28, 2019, indicating the full names of the people’s deputies who are members of the coalition of parliamentary factions in the Verkhovna Rada, which operates on the basis of the agreement on the coalition of deputies factions “European Ukraine” dated November 27, 2014,” – said in a statement.
The court decided to request the relevant information from the coordinators of the corresponding coalition of deputy factions in the Verkhovna Rada Artur Gerasimov and Maksim Burbak.
The requested materials or written explanations on the impossibility to present the required evidence to the court must be submitted before March 12.
