Member of Parliament Andrii Derkach requests the court to declare unlawful the fact that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not submit a note of protest over the interference by US officials in the internal affairs of Ukraine.

Details: The Kiev District Administrative Court received a claim from Derkach against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which states:”to recognize illegal the inaction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the failure to make official statements (notes of protest) regarding the interference by certain US officials and the US Embassy in the internal affairs of Ukraine, state sovereignty and the activities of state authorities”.

Derkach also requests to oblige the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make such a note within 5 days from the date of entry into force of this court decision.

Now the court is deciding the issue of opening proceedings in this administrative case.
