As noted in the resolution, the temporary investigative commission (TIC) includes 18 people.
The document says :”To elect Olexander Dubinskiy, the Ukrainian People’s Deputy, as the head of the temporary investigative commission , and Andriy Derkach as secretary” .
According to the explanatory note, the main tasks of temporary investigative commission include investigating the activities of the former head of the NBU Valeria Gontareva, the Ministry of Finance, headed by the ex-minister Nataliya Yaresko, verification of the facts from the report of the Accounts Chamber on violations in the use of international technical assistance in the amount of $ 5.3 billion.
The deputies also propose to investigate the facts of illegal lobbying in the extraction and delievery of energy to Ukraine, initiating an investigation into the illegal actions of the government of former Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman in the procurement of medicines through the so-called international organizations, etc.
As reported, on October 9, Derkach released official correspondence between NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and the US Embassy, according to which the first deputy of NABU, Gizo Uglava, through his assistant Polina Chizh, provided for a long time the U.S. Embassy with information that had a negative impact on the course of events in Ukraine and the United States.
According to him, an employee of the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) Polina Chizh received an order from Anna Emelyanova ,an employee of the US Embassy, to provide them the information on the case of Nikolai Zlochevsky – the former Minister of the Environment and owner of the” Burisma Group “. The People’s Deputy also released the amount of money that is being transferred to representatives of the” Burisma Group”, including Hunter Biden.
According to Derkach, Shokin repeatedly contacted Sytnik -the head of NABU within the criminal proceedings for “Burisma”, but constantly received formal denial. The activities of Shokin, according to the people’s deputy, caused “outright irritation of Joe Biden,” and his fifth visit to Kiev in two years, December 7-8, 2015, was dedicated to solving the issue of resignation of Viktor Shokin due to the case of Zlochevsky and the “Burisma Group”.
According to Derkach, “the subject of pressure was the $ 1 billion loan guarantee that the US should have provided to Ukraine.”
