Nazar Kholodnitsky, the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, launched an investigation into the allegations of People’s Deputy Andriy Derkach (non-factional) on the fact that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) provided information to the US Embassy in Ukraine.
In video blog, posted on Facebook, Derkach stated: at the same time, Ryaboshapka’s assistant and the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruptional Prosecutor, Nazar Kholodnitsky, saw the elements of crime and launched an investigation into his statement. Derkach summed up:“Here’s document of Ryaboshapka, and here’s Kholodnitsky’s. The first acted quickly, and the second by law”.
He recalled that recently this case was closed by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“Do you know what the Prosecutor General’s Office officially answered? That
all these facts have been verified long time ago in detail by the State Bureau of Investigation in the framework of criminal proceedings 2952. Saying briefly, in this official letter the Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the credibility of the information I published on October 9. “Yes, there was a discharge of NABU.” says Ryaboshapka. “Yes! The facts about “Burisma”, Biden, international corruption and other facts with which Derkach came to a press conference and then the whole world wrote about it have already been investigated,” emphasized Derkach.
According to the People’s Deputy, the The Prosecutor General’s Office did not see the grounds for a second investigation in the documents provided to them.
“I quote:“ Based on the results of the pre-trial investigation on September 2, 2019, the investigator decided to close the specified criminal proceedings due to the absence of the elements of crime. Thus, there are no grounds for re-entering information on the facts set forth in your appeal into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. ” And the signature: “Ryaboshapka,” -said Derkach.
According to Derkach, the The Prosecutor General’s Office did not find the elements of crime, because it closed the criminal proceedings on the very first day of the work of the new Prosecutor General.
“On Friday, August 30, President Zelensky signs a decree appointing Ruslan Ryaboshapka to the post of Prosecutor General. Ryaboshapka celebrates on Saturday and Sunday. And on September 2, on Monday, on his first working day, he leaves and first thing he do – closes the scandalous production,” said Derkach.
As reported, on October 9, Derkach released official correspondence between NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and the US Embassy, according to which the first deputy of NABU, Gizo Uglava, through his assistant Polina Chizh, provided for a long time the U.S. Embassy with information that had a negative impact on the course of events in Ukraine and the United States.
According to him, an employee of the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) Polina Chizh received an order from Anna Emelyanova ,an employee of the US Embassy, to provide them the information on the case of Mykola Zlochevsky – the former Minister of the Environment and owner of the” Burisma Group “.
The People’s Deputy also unveiled the amount of money that is transferred to representatives of the” Burisma Group”, among which also appears Hunter Biden. According to documents, in general, “Burisma” paid at least $ 16.5 million in favor of Hunter Biden, Alexander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer.
According to Derkach, Shokin repeatedly contacted Sytnik -the head of NABU within the criminal proceedings for “Burisma”, but constantly received formal denial. The activities of Shokin, according to the people’s deputy, caused “outright irritation of Joe Biden,” and his fifth visit to Kiev in two years, December 7-8, 2015, was dedicated to solving the issue of resignation of Viktor Shokin due to the case of Zlochevsky and the “Burisma Group”.
According to Derkach, “the subject of pressure was the $ 1 billion loan guarantee that the United States should have provided to Ukraine:“ Biden himself admitted the fact of pressure in his speech on the US Foreign Relations Council in January 2018”.
