People’s Deputy Andrii Derkach at meetings with voters emphasized that crucial task of the new president is to think about the economy and remain a human being.
«If they do not steal – there is a potential»,- briefly replied People’s Deputy Andrii Derkach to the question of the Yampil people about his attitude towards the new president. People’s Deputy, while visiting the district with an aim to hold several meetings, emphasized that we already have the main outcome of the elections: it was fair.
Andrii Derkach listened to the rural heads of Krolevets and Yampil, heads of districts and UTC, and also had several informal meetings on the street with locals. The main goal is to make plans together, outline the most important tasks that require the attention of the people’s deputy. Essentially painful issues are the same: to prevent the closure of obstetric units, schools and to help with the repair of roads. Nowadays, everywhere in the districts, the local government is torn between the demands from above and the impoverished people, who are crossed over by the requirements to reduce the medical assistance in the village and close the hospital. There are no funds in local budgets for repairs of schools, bridges, cultural institutions, therefore they hope for money from the state budget. With the onset of summer, the price of milk has traditionally fallen, peasants are sure in collusion of large processing enterprises that have excessive profits, and ask to influence the situation.
Andrii Derkach emphasized that crucial task of the new president is to think about the economy and remain a human being. By the way, on the eve of the inauguration, he sent an official letter to Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in which he cautioned the newly elected head of state against Soros’s people who are already trying to surround him. He also expressed the hope that Zelenskiy would not allow himself to be pushed into a dead end and would justify the great trust of the Ukrainians.
