The Pechersk District Court of Kiev dismissed the claim of the “Burisma” company against the Member of Parliamet of Ukraine Andrii Derkach and the “Interfax-Ukraine” news agency on the protection of business reputation, according to the court decision, which Derkach published on his Facebook page.
“Predictably – “Burisma” lost. The Pechersk District court refused the company to satisfy the claim against me and the Interfax-Ukraine agency, – he stated.
The court decision, published on the Derkach page, says that representatives of the “Burisma” company demanded a refutation of the information that they had paid the former US Vice President Joe Biden $ 900,000 for lobbying activities, and to his son Hunter Biden, together with Olexandr Kvasnievski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer the amount of $ 16.5 million.
” The court separately noted: “Burisma” in its application actually does not dispute the facts of payments – only their amount. This means, the company agrees that it paid Biden and his son, but does not agree that these were the amounts. The fight against international democratic corruption continues. To be continued – follow the previews. “– noted the Member of Parliament.
