Four new playgrounds were set up in Krolevets area at once.

Three standard large playgrounds with swings, slide and benches have been installed in Krolevets and there was one in the Yarove village. Now kids can play around there and do not even care about the grown men who were able to resolve this issue. In fact, such a child’s pleasure was made possible by the funds from several sources and the activity of the Krolevets people themselves.

Last week, the city playgrounds, which the children have been using for a month, were visited by People’s Deputy Andrii Derkach, who helped to get the subvention from the state budget. The residents of the houses in the high-rise buildings on 9 and 12 Mira Avenue, as well as in the neighborhood of Shanghai, came to meet the Deputy. Given that Oleksandr Bobrovitsky, Mayor of the city, Mykola Avramenko, Head of the District Court, and several deputies of the City and District Councils were standing along with the People`s Deputy, the residents did not miss the opportunity to set new tasks to the authority, talk about politics and pose some questions.

But, obviously, the main issue was the maintenance of the children’s playgrounds and continuing yards development.

“I live in this farthest neighborhood since 1985. Since these houses were built, nothing changed and there are neither proper yards, nor roads, nor slides. So the new children’s playground is tested by both young and old and they could not be happier. Let’s move on, keep going”- Lyudmila Kolesnik invites.

According to Oleksandr Bobrovitsky, Mayor of Krolevets UTC, “Nowadays we have such a situation in the country when nothing is allowed to do, and we could be in trouble even more without the help of the People’s Deputy.”

In turn, Andrii Derkach stressed that in this case, the initiative came from the residents themselves, who trashed out the local authorities, found 10% in the budget for the co-financing project and the local deputies joined.

We should recall that the UAH 222 000 subvention for socio-economic development was allocated from the state budget for the acquisition and installation of four playgrounds.
